Hall of Fame Outdoorsman - Dr. Jim Grassi
Can you imagine learning to fish, fly cast, shoot a bow, or hunt with a Hall of Fame professional? Dr. Jim Grassi is an inductee of the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame and a SCI Record Book Big Game Hunter. He has several record book fishing and bow hunting accomplishments. Jim is considered one of top outdoorsmen on west-coast.

Jim can be seen at sports shows, fairs, and clinics where he helps teach people the finer points of fishing, archery, waterskiing, and hunting. He was has been a television co-host on Fishing Tales Television Program, a college-level professor teaching fishing classes, a professional bass angler, an award-winning author, and international spokesperson for outdoor sports.

He loves teaching people how to fish our local lakes, streams, and ponds. He and his wife live on the Spokane River and have a private stocked pond on their property. Whether you desire to have your kids catch their first fish or if you want to be coached as an expert outdoorsman, Dr. Grassi is the man to see. He takes individuals and small groups to his favorite fishing places. He also has a fully equipped 20' Lund family fishing boat with all the gear. All equipment and tackle are provided for the various outings. Jim is also a guide for Castaway Fly Shop in Coeur d' Alene.

Fees are negotiable and adjusted for the amount of time you desire, the type of activity, and the size of your group.

Louise Grassi - Hospitality Hostess/Cook
Louise is an excellent cook with a passion for hospitality. She loves teaching people how to cook and the finer points of food preparation. She has taken several classes from culinary institutes in California and Idaho. She has helped teach classes with Master Chef Cheyenne of Tony's by the Lake Italian Restaurant. Louise specializes in Italian cuisine and special homemade soups.

Mrs. Grassi will also do special lunches or dinners for small groups.

She is well connected in this region and is a bargain shopper. She enjoys taking women to various specialty stores and some of the elite shops of our area.
